I've spent over 13 years working as a mortgage broker, helping people navigate one of the biggest financial decisions they'll ever make. But my story doesn't start there.

Before mortgages, I spent 22 years in the aviation industry — 17 of them at Virgin Atlantic. I know first-hand what it's like to build a career around shift patterns, rosters, allowances and pay structures that don't always fit neatly into a lender's standard form.

That's exactly why I founded Runway Mortgages. I understand how airline and airport pay works, how career progression looks in this industry, and how to present it properly to lenders — because I've lived it.
